ABOUT HACKING: POSTED TO ASIASOFT on 17th Nov 2008. [STATUS: PENDING]
I wrote in to Asiasoft and below is some excerts.
Recently, some of my buddies had their accounts hacked. I would like to ask the following questions?
1. Do asiasoft carry out investigations to find out who are the hackers if complaints are lodged?
2. Do asiasoft compensate the player if investigations did show a breach in security in Maplestory which resulted in accounts being hacked?
3. On what basis will Asiasoft start to investigate on hacking issues? Police report? Lawyer letter?
